  • Digital toolkits, templates, and educational materials

No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued once access is granted, a login is created, or a digital file is delivered—regardless of usage, satisfaction, or results.

 

3. Events, Workshops & Live Experiences (Non-Refundable)

All event registrations, tickets, workshops, retreats, and live or virtual experiences are non-refundable.

  • Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated

  • Failure to attend does not constitute grounds for a refund

  • Event dates, venues, speakers, or formats may change

If an event is canceled by Fierce Females, we reserve the right to offer a credit, reschedule, or alternative resolution at our sole discretion.

 

4. Physical Merchandise (Conditional Returns Only)

  • Card games (Fierce Fix, Fierce Together, or similar products)

  • Apparel (hats, shirts, hoodies, etc.)

4.1 Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of confirmed delivery only if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unaltered

  • Original packaging is intact

  • Proof of purchase is provided

4.2 Non-Returnable Merchandise
